Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms are intended to regulate the terms and conditions of use of the Service provided by the Operator, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

2. Definitions

• User: A person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
• Content: photos, intention/description text, and other data uploaded or entered by users
• Results: AI-generated scores, analyses, feedback, and recommendations
• Account Report History: a free storage feature for signed-in users, including saving up to 10 recent reports

3. Agreement and Changes to Terms

• Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by using the Service.
• The Operator may change the Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, and will notify changes through reasonable methods such as service announcements.
• Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changed Terms is deemed agreement to the changed Terms.

4. Content and Nature of Service

• The Service analyzes uploaded photos and user inputs (intention, EXIF/metrics, etc.) to provide structured feedback and next-shot guidance.
• Users can sign in via Google social login or email; an authenticated account is required to use analysis and report-history features for free.
• AI-generated results are for educational/reference purposes and are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or fit for every purpose.

5. Content Processing and Storage Policy (Core Notice)

• The Service may preprocess photos uploaded by users in the browser (e.g., resize/compress) and transmit them in the form required for analysis requests.
• Signed-in users can save up to 10 recent reports and related private thumbnails.
• Older reports and thumbnails may be removed automatically when the storage limit is exceeded.
• Minimal server logs may be retained for operation/security; the Service does not collect payment information.
• Details of the above policies follow the Privacy Policy.

6. Terms of Use

• Users must use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• The Service's core features are currently provided free to signed-in users, and in-app payment is not provided.
• Feature scope and usage limits may change with prior notice in accordance with applicable law and service policy.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Uploading content that infringes others' rights (copyright/portrait rights/trademark rights, etc.)
• Uploading illegal/harmful content (illegal recordings, child sexual content, violence/hatred promotion, etc.)
• Uploading photos or text containing others' personal information without permission (resident registration number, contact information, address, etc.)
• Activities that interfere with service operation such as excessive calls, vulnerability exploitation
• Activities that abuse results to deceive others or support illegal activities

8. Third-Party Services (AI/Auth)

• The Service may use external services such as AI APIs, Supabase, and Google OAuth to provide analysis and authentication.
• To the extent necessary, user content and identifiers may be transmitted to such processors.
• Details follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and notices from each provider.

9. Advertising (AdSense, etc.)

• The Operator may display advertisements for service operation.
• Cookies/similar technologies may be used in the advertising provision process, and details are provided in the Privacy Policy (or Cookie Notice).

10. Intellectual Property Rights

• Rights to the Service's UI, design, software, etc. (excluding user content) belong to the Operator or legitimate rights holders.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use the Service without prior permission from the Operator.

11. Use and Responsibility of Results

• Results are advice for reference purposes and may be inaccurate or subjective depending on the situation.
• Users must use results at their own judgment and responsibility, and the Operator limits liability for damages caused by use of results to the extent permitted by relevant laws.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will always be provided without interruption or error-free.
• The Operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, third-party service failures, user environment issues, or other causes not attributable to the Operator.
• To the extent permitted by relevant laws, the Operator's liability is limited to direct damages.

13. Usage Restrictions and Service Suspension

The Operator may restrict service use or change/suspend all or part of the Service due to Terms violations or operational necessity.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and in case of disputes, the parties will negotiate in good faith, and if negotiation is difficult, they will follow relevant laws and jurisdiction regulations.
